Good but not great Best in Backpacks

I like it in principle. A few questions: 1) I wish there was a top handle for hand carrying 2) The two zippers on the front tend to slide down a bit 3) The strap needs to be heavier; has the property of "folding" into metal loops. Will most likely be replaced. The bag has what I need and is big enough for my use. Some might need a side pocket for a phone, but I don't carry mine that often. Have a feeling it was worth it.
