It is very easy to do it yourself
Bought for my 2 year old. I didn't give 5 stars because I wish the baby set pillowcase was small for baby pillows. My decision. I took a top sheet (two year olds don't need a top sheet π) and made pillowcases out of it! A very simple do-it-yourself thing. My review photo shows a smaller pillowcase I made. I find the quality to be good (obviously not organic cotton). The duvet's weight is lighter, so it's not too heavy for the summer, but sleeps with and on top of fleece in the colder months.
