This ruler is easy to read and can be easily rotated and hung next to a table. I measured mine with a very precise ruler and the markings were accurate. But here she failed. There's no bumper, so you can press it against the edge of the table, the medium you're working with, or a pillow. own. I created a piece that fits over the T-shaped portion of the ruler, forming a ledge to be hooked to the edge of the table by the very edge of the T. I made a second piece that fits exactly to the intersection of the long part of the T so you can align 0 to the edge of the paper. It would be a lot easier if they sold or included this item, but it was easy enough to do. I hope they make a similar change in a future version of the line. Very satisfied, otherwise recommended with the caveat of no border if needed. Other than that, it's the most legible ruler I've ever used.
