GOOD: Condenser mics are pretty awesome and were well equalized by the mixer. no signal received. Confirmed it was the mic and not the cables/mixer. As mentioned in other reviews, the drum mount clamps are cheap and have plastic threads (like all attached drum mic receiver mounts which have tiny and loose screws that attach the mounts to the mics). The plastic makes stripping EXTREMELY easy. I was pretty redheaded with the setup, and one of the mics I had installed on my 14" tom came apart and started to wiggle and dangle the first time I used it. All of the snare/tom mics sounded a bit muddy, although I probably could have messed around with them more. equalizer. They are just fine. To be honest I think I could get a better sound using only condenser mics by adding a third condenser mic closer to the snare and just a dedicated kick mic (which works). i came back today I'm not sure if I'll replace it with a replacement product or just try a different product. 3 stars instead of 1-2 because condensers are pretty good mics.
