So far I've used these gloves for winter hiking, snowshoeing and snowmobiling. They did everything I asked them to do and they kept my hands dry, warm and windproof (even in high winds when I was snowmobiling at 40mph). I don't think they are necessarily designed to keep snow and moisture on them all the time, but they did a great job of keeping out the small amount of snow and moisture I encountered (including while digging/digging) . lifting stuck snowmobiles). Overall I would 100% recommend them. Great product at a great price.
