No leakage! I had a lot of problems with the 1 inch filter I bought from the big box store so I ordered it. There are no more leaks. I haven't noticed any loss of pressure yet. (Also, two 1/2" Shark-Bite male fittings made this easy and painless. Measure carefully and allow for approximately 1/2" going into the push-in fitting, and consider installing pipe supports to accommodate it secure when you change the filter.)
