Good die-cut but not a clean cut with my SIzzix Big Shot

I love this bone, but I can't get clean cuts with my Big Shot. I'm following all the YouTube instructions and I also need to add extra volume to cut the sandwich. Muy lindo Die, but no Logro, a little girl with a big shot. Ademas de poner el sizzix mat mat los 2 acrilics pads debo poner extra volume for el corte (le agrego carón o algunos papeles adicionales) Igualmente los Spellbinders son los Dies mas lindos del mercado, los seguire comprando.
