I'm surprised someone left a bad review. It does exactly what was advertised. I took my wedges and made some sharp passes (I used a lot of pressure, about 7 passes) and it exposed new metal and cleaned out the grooves. You can easily not expose the new metal and use it as a cleaning tool, but it will leave the grooves looking new. I have Mizuno TP 10 wedges. I would only use it to clean the grooves of other racquets. I scratched my face a bit with my wedge, I'm not worried as I don't need to buy new ones.
