I have been dealing with plantar fasciitis for about 4 years. Walking started to hurt me a lot and I had to recover within a day or so after running 10 miles. I bought it to relieve pain during and after walking. I bought the black model and it looks great. The first thing I noticed when trying it on was how practical it was to use. They felt so good that the first thing I did was run 10 miles in them. My legs felt great throughout the walk.
