I really enjoyed making gingerbread houses with this shape. Ironically, I found a wonderful recipe on HGTV. I cooked it a little longer than they suggested and it was still soft enough to eat but firm enough to be stable around the house! I used compound white chocolate to glue the pieces together as suggested by Ann Reardon (from How to Cook That on YouTube. Move over Ro, Ann is an amazing artist!) and then made the frosting I made prefer (cream cheese frosting goes sooooo goes well with gingerbread and holds candy well.) I also made the door out of chocolate as Anya suggested! Ooooo delicious! My only complaint is that it's sooooo big, it takes a whole load of cookie dough. I wouldn't mind a smaller house option. The other panels also have a lot of extra detail that I have no idea what I would use them for! Also a bit difficult to clean. but that's ok love loves the result and all around a yummy fun idea. Also looking forward to trying out the Sugar Cookie House for Sundays and the Chocolate Chip Cookie House for fun summer parties!
