I like that it allows us as employees access to courses at our own convenience. It is easy for my team members who are scattered around different states/countries to take advantage of this tool once assigned by their manager or supervisor. Sometimes there could be some glitches in accessing course material but we have been able solve those issues by contacting support via email within 24 hours from receipt of ticket request. We also realized that most learners do not understand how to navigate online training modules effectively so they end up wasting time trying things out which can't help them get what they need right away. Instead if you follow instructions given clearly then your success will increase tremendously! The software is very easy to use and navigate, and the platform has a lot of features that are very helpful. The interface is not as intuitive as it could be, but it's still fairly easy to use. I like that it's a great option to use in the education and training field. There's a lot of great features that I've been able to use in my job that I never knew existed. I've been able to use it in my job to train my employees and my students. I've used it to train my employees on new software.
