The belt fits great with several different standard size settings to choose from out of the box. The size you order is the center hole of the smaller leather strip, but you have some wiggle room for a smaller or larger size. It holds my pistol with no play and the metal tip goes through my Mernickle OWB holster. It looks like it can accept custom belt buckles, but I haven't had a chance to test it yet. It's Western enough to stand out, but not big enough to outshine the Northeast's business-casual attire, so you get the best of both worlds.
