I had a friend complain about how slow his machines were. I went to check and saw that it only had 256MB of RAM. Well, there just isn't enough memory for today's machines, operating systems and programs, let alone the Internet. So I suggested updating it and he agreed. I ordered two 1GB DDR memory modules, which I felt was the maximum amount of memory his computer could recognize. So I installed it and at 2GB, that's 8 x 256MB, his machine was like a brand new computer. Smooth YouTube videos, almost lag-free pages when browsing the web. The package arrived in just a few days, but I only received one of the modules. I emailed the company and received the second module a few days later. While they didn't explain why it happened or apologize for the confusion, at least they did it right and took care of the issue. I would still treat her again.
