I think I've spent about 9 hours searching Revain for the right scratching post. I have a new kitten and 3 adult cats of different sizes and I already have a scratching post that the adult cats have outgrown. The problem is that 95% of these scratching posts seem to be for kittens only. Boxes are too small for adult cats to rest comfortably and perches are too small for adult cats. It's strange how this gets lost with most of these manufacturers. Our kittens shouldn't outgrow their scratching posts in a few months. These lavish condominiums are too expensive for such a short lifespan. In any case, this tree completely violates these rules. It was created for adult cats and was clearly designed by people who understand what cats want from these trees. They need boxes to hide and sleep in and high perches to rest on. They want to be able to free climb easily from any area and hit each other from different levels. This tree covers everything. My large adult cats love spacious boxes and perches. My kitten uses all functions. She loves to ride in the hammock, she LOVES to run up and down in the tunnel. She loves to climb boxes and spank the adult cats inside. She's over this thing. As a side note, I've noticed that people have complained about not being able to move the hammock to another location, and that's not true at all. The pillar on which the hammock rests is the same length as all four pillars on the ground floor and the two pillars on the second floor. Therefore, you can place it in any of these 6 locations. You can also turn the column upside down so that the hammock is closer to the top of the column than to the bottom. I have a hammock in the left pillar on the second floor, near the top of the pillar. Another change I made was with perches. The leftmost one ended up right in front of my TV, so I took it off and put one of the extra screws they give you in the tiny screw hole it left. everything is fixed So, in summary, I really love this case. Everything has really been thought of here. If I had one small complaint it would be that the pad bordering the perches is too far from the boards they are attached to and my kitty rests his face on the edges of the perches and consequently on the ground lands. , thinking that she may be lying on the edge. These areas aren't as stable as we'd like, but this is where my kitten finally learned his lessons.
