Cool headphones! Use the ANC switch to get the green light to turn off.

I am more than satisfied with these headphones. The noise cancellation works well. The bass is actually tickling your ears with those good vibes! I've seen one review that the green light stays on after power cycling, which is due to ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) being enabled. I turned it off and turned it back on and it turned off the light. Hope this helps someone. I love it so far. I can't wait to use them for an hour mowing grass.
