The chair was delivered quickly, although the box was damaged. Luckily all parts were intact. Set up was relatively easy and took about 45 minutes at a leisurely pace. The chair is quite spacious and makes a very stable impression. I didn't notice any of the jagged details or obvious construction issues that others have mentioned in their reviews, although I did have a small issue, which was that I ripped off one of the armrest bolts while tightening it. I contacted the manufacturer and left a message asking them to replace the screw. They called back a few hours later and sent me a full set of replacement parts with no questions asked, which arrived the next day. I have to admit that I was very impressed with this; seemed to be great customer service. I have had the chair for a month now, there have been no serious problems or complaints. The construction is solid, there is enough padding and it was fairly easy to put together. I would recommend.
