The ability to pull different types of information together for analysis is great. It's easy to use and has an intuitive interface that allows users with little or no experience to get started quickly. I wish it had more features within its capabilities. There are some things you can't do unless you have advanced skills in programming which may be intimidating to those who don't know how to code very well. We've been able to take our marketing efforts from being reactive to proactive by using this software. It also helps us understand what we're doing right and wrong so that we can improve as marketers. This tool has helped us track down leads and find new ones. Our team works remotely and having something like this makes collaboration easier since everyone can work at once without needing to physically meet each other.
