Makes the image flicker every few minutes

I've been using this for 4 months and recently the image has been flickering, crashing and reconnecting. Also some digital interference. I've tried multiple HDMI cables and monitors and identified the issue with this 4K Mini Displayport to HDMI Adapter. I would be very grateful to the seller for a replacement and will revise my review.
