I am very disappointed in my infuser water bottle. I was so excited when I ordered this product because many other reviewers like me stated that their goal was to drink less soda. I love infused water and I have a jug that works just like this bottle, but my jug produces much better quality water. I have to say the worst thing about this product which for me is one of the most important features is that your water doesn't stay cold. I drink water faster than they expect and by the end of each bottle it's hot and gross. I am so disappointed. I did a lot of research before deciding on this one and I hate it. First and foremost, the "coldball" they're talking about is tiny, on top of the fact that you only get one. The bottle itself will not keep the water cold. There's nothing worse than drinking a big gulp of warm water with chunks of fruit floating in it! Also, you can't even fix the situation because instead of making the refreezer the part that needs to be taken out, it's the whole cold part. A tiny microgel, believed to be a cold piece, is attached to the bottom of the tea infuser. I even tried using square little water cubes but then I couldn't seal the bottle! 2 stars is honestly 2 more than I should have given. I am so disappointed. The ergonomics also leave a lot to be desired. Try to hold the diffuser and add fruit, screw it back on, then get the not-so-useful gel ball that pops out, then put the lid on and finally fight to get the pod up. Plastic part on the side of the bottle. For real? And one last funny note: the point where you actually put your mouth down and drink from the spout that comes out of the middle of the top rim of the large mug is so awkward - not to mention that I'm convinced every time when I tip the cup up. that the pen will fly down and hit me in the face! I got it in less than 12 hours and I'm ready to quit. So sad. And maybe a little angry, especially since the way the product was marketed for being special (they probably used the word 'innovative' to try to impress people) is awful. Ridiculous.
