I really like the comfortable position of this mouse. Having said that, I have to say that it would be much better if the plastic case wasn't so slippery - when I try to lift the mouse to move it onto the mat (which I do quite often when moving the page), it is very difficult to grasp. Instead of hard, slippery plastic, a "grippy" rubbery plastic is much better. I'm still trying to figure out what to add to make it a little easier to grab and lift. In terms of quietness, I have another brand of quiet mouse and it's even quieter than this one. But Mojo is also fairly quiet - just a faint clicking sound when right and left clicking. UPDATE: 4/20/20. Shortly after purchase I found a solution to the slippery surface of the mouse. I purchased this item and cut 2 strips to match the right and left sides of the mouse towards the base. My hands grip it easily and it doesn't interfere with proper mouse use. Now everything is perfect! https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KTXZ2XN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
