When it works it has a good full sound, but don't expect it to work all the time with Windows 10. I use headsets for work everyday and have tried 3-4 different brands and styles. Windows 10 only recognizes it as a normal "USB Audio" device. There are no Microsoft drivers available for download. Although I'm tech savvy and tried every fix I could find, it still doesn't work (no sound at all). Save money and go with Logitech, Sennheiser or one of the other brands. there.
