In Logitech support, "the best support in the world" refused to send me a new wheel, formally they are right, of course, but it was unpleasant. The wheel can be ordered on Aliexpress. Two months later, in the morning, I saw that a battery of a normal brand was leaking, which had been in the mouse for about six months. The entire board and the platform for the laser was flooded, an unsuccessful design, IMHO. In recent years, Logitech has only been disappointing, the prices are in the space, and the convenience and quality are below the baseboard. Planned aging on the face + unsuccessful technologies, for example, the button legs on their G513 mechanics, which break after a year of operation or when cleaning. I don't recommend buying a mouse. Logitech has long lost all its former greatness.
