Review on π§ 13pcs Eapele Impact Bolt Nut Extractor Socket Tool Set for Removal by Craig Pears
Worked great removing the bolt on the exhaust manifold with a ratchet
Received quickly and used a 12mm puller to remove the bolt on the Panhead Hummer H2 exhaust manifold. I tried using a similar more expensive branded air extractor which damaged the inside of the extractor. This set was about half the price of the one I had previously damaged, but this time I used a long handled ratchet instead of an impact wrench. It worked and I was able to remove the screw shown in the photo. The exhaust manifold bolts are made of hardened steel. Although the socket puller add-ons say you can use an impact wrench, I don't think they should be used on hardened steel screws.
