I can't understand why it gets such good reviews. This is absolutely the worst curling iron I have ever tried. 1) The wand attachments actually bounce off the handle. How spring is thrown on your head! The wand will then dangle from your hair as you try to reattach it. In addition, the position of the eject button is in the wrong place. And 1/2 times I couldn't fully connect the stick. If not thrown at you, it will randomly shut down and lose heat. I tried 3 stick sizes before giving up. 2 out of 3 sticks I tried had major connection issues. 2) Plastic looks completely cheap. 3) My curls fell out after about 20 minutes. Although I have fine straight hair, a good stick of the same product on my hair can keep my curls overnight. I seriously can't understand why anyone would like this wand. If I could give negative stars I would. So dangerous.
