Terrible Quality Scrapbooking Tool!

Based on my observations, this quilting tool was poorly designed and did not work well with my scrapbooking projects. While it may be durable, the blades were not sharp enough to cut through fabric cleanly and left frayed edges. The price is reasonable, but it's not worth it if the end result is unprofessional and sloppy.
