I keep reading they are not that bright under water. You also need to understand you didn't spend $400 on a light. Also what are the water visibility and how do you have the light directed? If you want to see them under water you better make sure they are pointing any direction but down. The other issue I read is they don't light up the wake. The key to doing that is easy. Try and make sure 10% of the light is above the water line on WOT. I have mind mounted so a portion of the light is not submerged when I am on plain and they make the wake light right up.I bought 4 with the assumption that I was going to try two 1st and see how it was. 2 is fine but I think I am going to install the other 2 and see the difference. Will update after I install the final 2.
