This is absolutely amazing, although it would be nice for higher quality aluminum if it were really overkill. They really add a nice solid feel to your stock controller. Unfortunately, there's one problem they can't fix, and that's the poor internal structure of Microsoft's joysticks, which wear out quickly. This is possibly the most advanced mechanism they have ever designed for joysticks on a controller, but the materials are significantly inferior compared to previous versions of Microsoft genuine OEM controllers. Combined with the high mortality rate of factory PSUs, this can easily end up exceeding the money you spend on gaming due to the need to replace controllers and PSUs. But none of this is e-Mods fault. They have made a durable and reliable product that is on par for the price. Now if only they could develop a better in-house aftermarket mechanism for the sticks so those of us who are inclined and able can replace those crappy, soldered Microsoft sticks.
