Life Savor on my review.

My son HATES the suctioning nose cleaners, he will cry and fight me when I need to clean out his nose but he doesnt really mind this! It works perfectly, gets all the nasties out of his ear, nose, under the fingers, and doesnt seem to bother him at all.

So helpful!!! I use it for nose, nails and ears. Very easy to clean

Cons

The product may not be effective in cleaning out serious or severe earwax or boogers
