cracked screen in laptops
wasn't even two weeks old and the laptop wasn't charging and then i was surprised to see a crack on my screen after i closed and opened my laptop and then microsoft expected that you pay for the harm they cause in creating a shirt product. and they have a history of these things having problems. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on I Mac or Dell, and this is coming from someone who bought a Microsoft product for a year despite having a Zune
