First off, let me tell you that a firmware update was released a few months ago that fixes a minor issue that some reviewers were complaining about. When the keyboard went to sleep, it lost the first keypress when it woke up again. So if you press Shift to capitalize the first letter of a sentence, the letter will still be lowercase when you press it. That. It was easy enough to get around but still annoying. This issue has been resolved. We are waiting for any news. (I'm happy to share this with you.) I've had dozens of keyboards in my life. From popular jackhammers known as IBM Model M with "bulking spring" keycaps to membrane junk keyboards. I love mechanical keyboards so much I can't even dream of using a membrane keyboard again. But I hated Cherry Red and Cherry Black because I could never be sure I was actually pressing a key. This keyboard feels light when you press a key. Not enough to bother you, but enough to notice the feel of a button press. The keyboard is very durable. It's not lightweight. And it doesn't move by itself when you type. For typing, it's just as good as on a wireless keyboard. Some reviewers have mentioned that the letters come off. I haven't seen any evidence of that at all. And I thought that maybe this is something that solves the problem of the inscriptions, like oil on some materials. But I entered mine while eating fried chicken. And while I take the time to clean it up afterwards, I don't see any signs that it caused any problems. The battery life is really amazing. I haven't had this year yet but from what I've read it will work fine for a year or more. I haven't tried the bluetooth function yet. But I'm very glad he has it as this amazing keyboard will serve me in the future. The only thing I want is a rechargeable lithium battery and a backlight. But given that it's powered by a single 1.5V AA alkaline battery, I can certainly understand why it doesn't have a backlight. I bought this because every keyboard I've ever had has a cable die. I switched to a wireless headset for the same reason and it works. My current wireless headset is several years old and I expect it will be at least a few more years before I need to do anything with it. Right now I can only see with one eye. And my vision is pretty dark all the time in my working eye. So I bought a small piece of cheap 2700K duct tape and stuck it under my monitor. I then blocked most of the light with a thin strip of paper attached to the front of my monitor. This leaves a very faint light that bathes the entire keyboard. The white lettering on the keys reflects the light very well. In this case, the keys appear gray, not black, but the white lettering is very bright white with no glare. I would like to take a picture to show you, but I don't have a camera. Sometimes I have to be in the hospital for weeks and apart from leaving the light on and just putting up with its horrible light. reasons it is very difficult for me to see the keys. I hope this helps those of you who need an idea to see it. If anyone has a viable solution, please share. Thanks in advance.
