I wanted both a rear view camera and Bluetooth integration in my 2008 Miata. My top model Miata (2008) didn't have them. It took some research to connect to the Mazda Bose system and required an adapter to switch the boosted output to the line out ($9 at Revain). Miata issue (no stereo) - Installing or removing the stock stereo interferes with the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) so I have to do what I did before and use a manual pressure gauge every month. The only issue I had was that the steering wheel control integration as I hooked it up only allowed me to increase or decrease the volume - mute, mode, forward and reverse - everything works as advertised. It's not worth deducting a star for. In general very satisfied!
