Fixed my old instant pot
My 8 qt InstantPot Duo has been used at least weekly for years and never missed a beat until last week as it struggled to seal. Ready to pitch the bloody thing, it dawned on me that the silicone sealing ring was old and probably the cause. I ordered these gaskets and installed one in less than a minute and my Instant Pot was ready to go. Boom! Problem: solved.Has these been made anywhere than China I would have given this item five stars.
- I like the colors they give it a nice pop from the usual clear color.
- Requires frequent cleaning due to its tendency to trap food odors
