The support team is super helpful and quick to respond. I have been able to connect with them from nearly anywhere across the globe. The reporting system is very easy to use and it allows me to see what tasks are being completed as well as time spent on each task. It would be fantastic if they could add some more options to the scheduling panel for things such as holidays. I am solving my scheduling needs and allowing my team to focus on their work while I am at home. The ease of use of upsifting jobs from other platforms as well as having full control of your profile and availability. I like that you can connect with candidates via text messaging or email if they are not available online. It would be great for companies who have limited time but want to do some work themselves! Having my schedule up at all times makes it easy to manage when I am able to answer calls.
