Not very useful for adaptive clothing
Essentially a shirt that opens at the neck with buttons. I was looking for something to help my 98 year old father get dressed. That shirt wasn't right. The large neck opening didn't help much - I wanted something to snap on and off without a lot of twisting. Don't waste your money on this less useful design
