This is a very cool adjustable dumbbell weight. It's slick, and works perfectly just like it should. I've seen many of these things where the plates stick and don't fall out, or the plates don't secure and they fall out when they are not supposed to.One minor complaint: I wish the weights were in 5 lb adjustments instead of 10 because the sweet spots for me personally are at 15, 20, and 25lbs, but I'll just get stronger. This will work fine in the long run.The quality of this set is very impressive. The black plastic has a stealth matte look and feel to it. The plastic feels durable, and doesn't look or feel cheap. The twist-locking mechanism for the plates has a sort of "click" when you've reached the right spot, and in multiple sessions of using the weight, I haven't had a single plate stick or fall out when it wasn't supposed to.I am tickled with this kit. Between this, and a single heavy kettlebell, I am totally set in my home gym. Very cool.
