My sister's original Firestick stopped working after a year. So we wanted to buy a good and cheap remote control and came across this one. This remote worked almost immediately. I just added new batteries and hit the HOME button a few times and bam it was paired and connected. I thought I would have to go into settings to add a new remote but I just tried pressing home and it worked. The remote had a small flaw: it loses pairing if you don't use it for 30 minutes, but it's easy to reconnect, just press any button and pair again. I highly recommend this remote control!
