Difficult and messy

I'e been using this pan for several months now, mainly to cook sausage and egg patties for breakfast sandwiches. The walls of the cups are too low, so food just slides around on the pan when you try to get under it with a spatula. To make it worse, the edges of the pan aren't even raised to prevent food from sliding off onto the stovetop. Great idea, bad execution.

Pros

This pan is SO much easier for eggs than egg-rings. FYI, each holds 4 Tablespoons, 1/4C, 59ml

Cons

The pan may be difficult to clean, particularly if batter gets stuck in the crevices of the molds
