I'm used to a few products so maybe I'm biased. I like the idea of a single pass product and it works very well. It does have some downsides though, the collection tank is huge, probably over 4 gallons. The solution tank should be 3 gallons, but somehow it only holds 4 liters or 1 gallon. I had to charge 6 or 7 times for the room. Because the decision is at the bottom, they don't have a visible way to see if you've opted out or not. You need a transparent part or indicator. They also claim it's 3 gallons so I bought that but it's 1/3 of that. Since the tank is so small that it needs to be filled it should be easy, but instead the collection tank is on top and the solution tank is not portable so you have to bring water inside. Overall a good product but it still needs to be fine tuned and be more honest about tank sizes. At this price I find a 260 or 280 bissel Pet Doctor a lot more bang for the buck.
