Review on Tool Aid 23150 Perma Coil Jumper by Nathan Vaughn

The S&G 23150 perma coil jumper cable arrived with a problem with 1 of 2 wires. No continuity on line 1, manufacturing defect at the connection to the alligator clip (factory crimp cuts the wire). JB Tool Sales was not helpful. The manufacturer supplied a replacement. The replacement product is very good. The experience could have been a lot easier but it worked out after some effort and effort. I read another review somewhere where the buyer stated that they also received a bad/defective lead. Let's hope the manufacturer fixes this problem at the factory so that others don't have this problem. I give the first item I receive 1 star but the replacement item gets 4 stars for a decent product. JB Tool Sales could have been a lot more helpful and supportive. Another S&G Tool Aid I ordered arrived without the original packaging/seal and was moldy.
