I bought this after doing research for my husband. He works with trees and rarely eats well. I'm really glad I got this for him as he used it for the first time the other day. And he said it changed his life because he can't remember the last time he had a hot meal at work. He told me he hooked it up to his work truck about 30-35 minutes before dinner. He had a hot sandwich that he said tasted so good and came right out of the oven. He said the meat was reheated, the cheese melted, everything was perfect. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to work outside or has microwave ovens at work. I'm very, very glad I was able to get it for him. It holds quite a bit of food and is very easy to clean. You just clean it the moment your spouse or you come home and it's really easy to clean. And it's really easy to store and carry around.
