Good concept at first, shame I didn't do more research but sellers love this bench by accident. BT disconnects and connects several times within two miles of a grocery store. The GUI could be done a lot better, check out the ones that make these things user friendly. But okay, I missed it. Almost two months I go buy and the screen is dead. I take a close look at the tiny wiring behind the touchpad, another area that needs improvement. All connections are established. Resetting, removing the battery ground, etc. didn't help the touchpad heal, but oddly you couldn't see anything, but if you knew where to touch on the screen it would recognize it and perform the specified action. Contact for warranty repairs etc. was only suggested via email. I couldn't find anything else in all the paperwork. Red flag there, email only, they know they sell junk so there is no phone to call or play around, postal address is fake but they have email. It is easiest to ignore when given to a real person to read. My intuition told me that even buying through Revain I was making a mistake. Love the comfort of someone like Revane between me and buying and as cool as they are nothing is perfect and they will sell junk out of ignorance. 2 thumbs up for Revain. 2 middle fingers to all companies aka sweatshops for being junk to the world for personal use.
