Tail bag material is good for tail hair

I bought this lycra tail bag to use in a stronger outer nylon tail bag. Together they are excellent at filtering out chips and dirt that rob the hair of moisture. My horse's tail is medium thin and extends beyond his pasterns. my horse stepped on his tail in his stable and removed large sections of hair so i bought this tail bag along with the cashel tail bag. When the ponytail is braided, it sits well in ponytail pouches.
