Review on Vintage Charm: MUXXN Women'S 1950S-Inspired Wrap V-Neck Cocktail Dress With Tie Waist by Mondreka Rosenhoover

Ok, my details: I'm 5'7", about 180, 12 on top/14 on bottom, small chest and very wide hips, and I'm wearing the Large. This is one of the best fitting dresses I've ever put on. If you are a fellow small chested curvy pear, do not hesitate to try this dress! It is definitely body-conscious -- shapewear is appreciated. But it is VERY flattering. The neckline curves such that it shows cleavage but is not too booby; the slight cap sleeves make it "all season." The 'extra fabric' others have mentioned in the bodice are large facings at the neckline and armholes. They are a bit troublesome, but they give a smooth edge finish. I might try some iron-in hem tape to tack them down. The fabric is sort of a stretch poly bengaline with a slight shine, crisp and rustly. It's not my favorite fabric, but I think it works ok in this dress. IMO it works better in the darker shades than the lighter ones. I got a black and a teal, intending to choose between them, but I'm keeping them both! Shown here unpressed right out of the package, but it irons up nicely.
