I like that they are able to offer so many different services, from phone systems all over in one place! They have great customer service as well which is always nice when you need help or just want someone else's opinion about something! The only thing i dislike right now with them would be their billing system; it can get confusing at times but everything works out eventually for me no matter how long its been since my last bill has come through!! Call2Talk does not disappoint if your looking into having multiple providers under 1 roof because of price control issues etc..
If call center needs more than what we currently provide then this could work perfectly however our current setup allows us enough flexibility without being too expensive (we dont pay per minute).
