Not for baking cakes or jellies
Too soft. Hmm... I made a jelly out of it but it couldn't hold the right shape when I tried to take the jelly out. I used it for a cake, the shape is hard to get the way it should be. But the shape itself is very nice. I'll probably use it for ice cream.
