I use a vertical mouse at work and I'd like to get one for home too. Use both Windows and Mac, so he created a mouse that works for both. I decided to give it a try even though there was only one review at the time. He immediately made good money on both machines. It is very convenient, all buttons are arranged and work well. The only problem is that the scroll wheel acts like a button and it's pretty easy to accidentally press it. The other thing is power management and the mouse sometimes goes to sleep on its own. But I'm very happy with it, I would buy again. It amazes me that they can make such a good device at this price point. UPDATE: Wakes up when the wheel clicks, so no problem. I've also used it on very flat surfaces with no padding and it never bounces.
