I usually LOVE this stuff but I'm wondering if they changed their formula. It's so thick I can't get it out of the bottle and I have to open the cap and scrape it out. Also, it's MUCH rougher than before and it's a little painful to rub in (other bottles I've bought in the past have had little micro-crystals that gently scrub - it's like using coarse sandpaper on my face. It is so expensive but that I keep using it despite my dislike.) I'm curious if this bottle is just bad luck or if they changed the formula all together.
