Easy integration into existing system for our restaurants - no need of additional software or hardware! The reporting options are very detailed which makes them useful in terms of accounting purposes as well so there's nothing negative here at all- great product overall!! We're using this solution specifically because we don't have any PCI compliance issues but I think other companies will benefit from what they offer too if their needs aligns closely enough w/HelciM services.- Integration process can be difficult sometimes since you might not fully understand how things work initially (i'm sure most newbies do). Our restaurant partners like having access through an app instead of being forced onto another site where customers must go thru multiple steps before reaching your website etc. This also allows us greater control over security measures such has requiring login credentials when adding card information online vs just accepting data directly off physical swipe machine without knowing who did pay via CC info added manually.
