I am 67 years old and have almost no wrinkles on my skin. Oh, I'm WORKING on it, but I'd be lying if I didn't say it looks good. BUT I have this (argument!) turkey neck which unfortunately makes me allergic to photography. Last week I took my FIRST full selfie that I'm proud to share. That was after a bottle of Advanced. Just started on my 2nd one. Can't recommend it more highly. Note: After application, I vigorously dab under the chin three dozen times with the back of my hand.
