Measure your foot and buy according to the measurements on the site. These shoes are comfortable and my everyday shoes. I wear these 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. My work involves physical labor and these shoes suit me. One thing I don't like is the amount of mud and sand that comes through the toe of my boots. There is a mesh next to the fingers that allows these small particles to penetrate. The fabric can easily tear if it gets caught. I just blasted a hole in mine by bumping into a closet door! 10/10 would buy again.
